On September 25, 2019, Beijing Daxing International Airport, the third-largest airport in the world, was officially opened up to traffic. As a supporting project for the new airport, the Beijing Daxing Airport Supporting Waste Transfer Station Project is located in the northwest corner of the living area on the north side of the airport, covering an area of 9,675㎡. The station is mainly for the transfer of domestic waste on the landside of the new airport with a total processing capacity of 105 ton/day. And it adopts the process of horizontal direct compression + lifting + fully enclosed container transferring, and ideas of "flat in and flat out" and “the collection truck and transfer truck entering and exiting on the opposite side of the process”.
